Canbek Economic Consultants Inc. is a Montreal-based firm that is engaged in four areas of activity: management consulting, macroeconomic forecasting, educational services and publishing. Since its inception in 1979, it's consulting division has provided corporate and institutional clients primarily in the banking and financial services industry with a variety of management consulting and economic analysis and forecasting services.

Some of the work performed includes bank branch location and feasibility studies; market analysis and marketing planning; human resource management and organizational development; international trade and anti-dumping; management financial information systems; risk management policy; treasury management; asset/liability management; strategic planning and preparation of business plans.

Its economics division, Canbek Economics, provides macroeconomic analysis and forecasting services while its publishing division, Canbek Publishing, publishes economics textbooks.
